In the land of Terram
There lived Four mighty Dragons
One, named Ventus
was a bright white scaled male
his mate was a blue-scaled female
named Aeris
together they loved to soar through the sky
with their bones light as air
they were agile and fast in the sky
but slower and clumsier on the ground
The other two,
A dark grey-scaled female named Maris
and her mate, a deep green-scaled male named Stagnum
loved the ocean and all sorts of water
they possessed gills and the ability to breathe both on land and air.
they were fast and skilled submerged in water
but slower and bulkier in the air.
Together, the two sets of dragons hatched their first litter
but could not multiply further
the two races were sworn enemies since they first settled
but the new hatchlings, two female, daughter-of-Maris
and two male, Son-of-Ventus
became mates as they grew older
and had their Clans continue to grow

meet at Lords Gem Stone, Dominorum gemma lapidem
they gather beneath the four rulers, the principes
